What is your billing policy?

We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping as calculated and shown in your cart. No other charges will be applied. We process payments through PayPal's SSL secured offsite transaction processing engine. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with territees.com is safe! PayPal accepts PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you *do not* need to register an account if you don't have one. You can pay one time by credit card by choosing the "Don't have a PayPal account option".

 

Where do shirts ship from?

Depending on your order we will ship from one of our facilities in Canada, the USA and Europe.

What is the average wait time?

Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't guarantee it. Typically, orders will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after the day you place your order. If your order is placed after noon it will be considered as ordered the next day.  Hoodies, Crewneck Sweatshirts, Ladies Tanktops, Kids T shirts, Baby One Pieces, Mugs and Doggie Shirts may take a few extra days to be shipped.
The average wait times vary for each country. We ship USPS or UPS and people in the U.S. should typically receive their order 3-5 business days after ordering FAST TRACK processing and 5-8 business days for STANDARD processing.  However, circumstances beyond our control, (ie.severe weather) may delay your delivery.  Issues with USPS/UPS delivery times are beyond our control and a refund cannot be issued based upon their delivery times.  Large orders may be shipped via courier and may require an extra day or two for processing.  Please note that as some of our orders originate in Toronto their local holidays would not count as business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. While we do not offer expedited shipping, we do offer a Fast Track processing service. Simply select the Fast Track option at check out.

 

What is your return policy?

Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts that are defective in their original packaging and in new condition within 30 days of delivery. You will be refunded 100% for the t shirt. We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders or incorrect product received, within 30 days of delivery, because we are a custom print shop and our shirts are made-to-order. If you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit these are not grounds for a return, exchange or refund. Images on shirts are printed a maximum of 11" wide X 15" long on all sizes except Youth sizes and Baby One Pieces, on the front of the shirt only.

We print on several different brands, such as Gilden, Alstyle, M&O & Fruit Of The Loom to name a few.  Since the brand of your t shirt may vary, we cannot guarantee that it will be the exact style that is shown on the shirt detail page.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges/replacements on issues that we are not notified about within 30 days of shipping.

Please allow plenty of time when ordering if you need your item for a special event. Issues with USPS/UPS delivery times are beyond our control and a refund cannot be issued based upon USPS/UPS delivery times.
